The rent receipt generator and the other free tools run in your browser. What you type is kept in your browser's local storage so it is there next time, and is never sent to us. Clear it with the Clear button or your browser settings. These pages use no analytics or advertising trackers.

Accounts

When a landlord, manager or committee uses Ovelit Rent, we store the records they enter: buildings, units, tenants and owners, leases, bills, payments, expenses and messages. The account holds that data; we process it on their behalf to run the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Tenant and owner details (including NID numbers and documents) are visible only to members of the account that entered them, and to the tenant or owner through their own portal login. Uploaded documents are stored privately and never published.

Messages

Rent reminders, receipts and notices are sent by SMS and email on the account's behalf, and a copy of each message is kept in the account's message log.

Payments

Rent is paid by tenants directly to the landlord. Ovelit Rent records the payment but never holds tenants' money.

Your rights

Ask the landlord or committee who holds your record to correct it, or write to hello@ovelithub.com. Account owners can export or delete their data on request.
